Training of new machine operators connected with the making an installation PVC diameter 160 mm. Customer decided to buy the MAX K180S with Tool for inserting PE/PVC pipes diameter 160 mm. An alternative to this set would be MAX K130S + Calibrator Ø180. But for frequent installations pipes diameter 160 mm we suggest MAX K80S because using MAX K180S you can install pipe Ø160 mm during one operation. Using MAX K130S + Calibrator, you need two operation: The first one is a making hole diameter 130 mm, the second is inserting pipe using calibrator.

Excavation was only used for making holes: start pit and end pit.

The mole with Tool for inserting PE/PVC pipe, has been set in the start pit. The pipe Ø160 mm has been connected to the mole. An optical set was used to set the trajectory.

After several minutes, the machine arrived to the End pit, hitted in the target - Measuring rod.

Accuracy 100%, horizontally and vertically. All our machines are known for their highest accuracy. Ground rockets with stepped head makes the installation little slowly. But they provide much greater accuracy.
